There are many fun opportunities to volunteer at Black Point Historic Preserve, the only historic mansion on Geneva Lake that is open to the public.

• Docents or tour guides are trained to lead groups through the mansion and give them a flavor of lake living in the 19th and early 20th century
• Tour assistants  work with the docents to guide groups through the house and assist in providing a wonderful experience
• Gift shop volunteers help in our shop, offering historic books, cards, and assorted memorabilia of the tour experience
• Garden volunteers can help recreate the 19th century gardens around the house
• Office volunteers help update our mailing lists and databases and other office chores

Whatever your interest or experience level, we value your interest in the Black Point Historic Preserve.
