Although the combination of the boat tour from Lake Geneva and the tour of the Black Point Estate is the most enjoyable experience for most people, some groups may prefer to arrive at the Estate by bus.

Budget or timing constraints may dictate the bus arrival method.  In some cases where there are a significant number of people unable to climb the stairs from the boat dock to the house, arrival by bus is a possible solution.   Arrangements can also be made to allow some to take the boat and have the bus meet at the Black Point Estate with those who may have difficulty with the stairs.
